Use License
Subject to these Terms, JobHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
You May:
Access and use the platform for job searching
Post legitimate job listings (employers)
Apply to jobs and manage applications
Create and maintain your professional profile
You May Not:
Resell or commercially exploit the platform
Copy or redistribute our content
Modify or create derivative works
Use automated tools to scrape data
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Account Types
Different account types (Job Seeker, Recruiter, Enterprise) have different features and limitations as described in our service tiers.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Prohibited Uses
You may not access or use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate laws
Spam & Advertising
Sending unsolicited promotional materials or advertisements
Impersonation
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
System Interference
Attempting to damage, disable, or overburden our servers
Data Mining
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent
Malicious Content
Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Fake Listings
Posting fraudulent job listings or fake profiles
Discrimination
Discriminating against users based on protected characteristics
Content Guidelines
Our Services may contain content provided by users, companies, or other third parties. All content is the sole responsibility of the entity that created it.
Content Disclaimer
JobHub does not control and is not responsible for any user-generated content, including its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure all content you post is accurate and truthful
Obtain necessary permissions for any content you share
Not post content that infringes intellectual property rights
Report inappropriate or misleading content to our team
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JobHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Loss of use
Loss of goodwill
Business interruption
Intangible losses
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to JobHub in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
